Your order is confirmed once your payments authorization and verification is obtained. We make our best efforts to deliver your order within the time cited time on the mail your e-mail or SMS you received from our side.

Returns Procedure:

Return of the medicines can be considered after delivery, if the medicines received are defective or damaged, not as described or expired. You can raise a request for substitution on our website within the appropriate return policy periods of 7 days. With a substitution request, you must mail us the picture of the defective, damaged or expired product. The moment you placed a substitution request, you will receive an email at your registered email address. The same identical product should be replaced as soon as possible.

Cancellation of order:

Once your transaction or payment is complete, your order cannot be canceled. Exclusive of the cases where you did the complete payment to purchase a product, if a product is out of stock, then we will automatically cancel it and refund complete payment. The return of payment will take at least 7 working days once we receive the bank account details from the customer.


Your imbursement is refunded only in the case where here is an inventory mismatch from our side. We are not going to consider other cases. Your payment will be returned within 7 working days once we receive the bank account details from your side.
